The LAPIRoad to Hexagon League opens national and international registrations thisFriday
The amateurpadel revolution now has a start date. Registration is open on Friday, June 27th,to participate in the LAPI Road to Hexagon League, the new amateur team padelcompetition promoted in conjunction with Playtomic and Liga LAPI, which willtake amateur padel to a new level of professionalism, experience, andexcitement.
LastThursday, June 26th, a presentation of this innovative competition took placeat the Olid Hotel in Valladolid, with representatives from the three entitiesinvolved, including Borja Alcalde, director of the LAPI League; Pedro Clavería,founder of Playtomic; Astrid Thams, Commercial Managing Director of HexagonCup; and Isabel Mateos, business director of Madison. In an event filled withexcitement, the first details of a project that promises to be a turning pointfor thousands of amateur players were revealed.
With thetechnological support of Playtomic and the disruptive vision of Hexagon Cup,the LAPI Road to Hexagon League was born with a clear objective: to bringamateur padel closer to the professional world like never before. Qualifiedteams will enjoy a unique experience at the Hexagon Cup 2026, sharing exclusivemoments and backstage with the biggest stars of world padel.
Thecompetition, which will be held under the umbrella of the LAPI League, willexpand globally with planned venues also in countries such as the UnitedKingdom and South Africa, reinforcing its international character.

Furthermore,Borja Alcalde announced that, through private registration sales to currentcompetition clients alone, prior to the general opening, 347 teams had alreadybeen registered in one week, which represents a record number for the comingmonths.
