We are proud to introduce a new partnership that will further grow the sport and our event: We welcome the International Padel Media Association.
Created in July 2024 with the intention to unite all those journalists, media, bloggers, streamers and content creators around the world of padel information. With the sole objective of bringing to another level the information of everything that happens in our sport, tournaments, circuits, brands, federations and professionals linked to padel. Together we will take the voice of padel further.
After the success of the second edition, we continue looking forward. We signed a strategic agreement so that the voice of padel can continue to reach every corner of the planet. And of course, to make the biggest team tournament even bigger. The IPMA currently has more than 30 media partners in eight different countries and a monthly audience of more than two million people. A winning combination.
Preparations for the third edition are already underway. With more than 30,000 live viewers and more than 4.6 million viewers worldwide at the second edition, Hexagon is not complacent and is looking for this partnership to continue to drive the growth of both the event in particular and the sport in general.
“We are thrilled to count on the International Padel Media Association (IPMA),” said Carlos Almazán, Director of Institutional Relations at Hexagon. “We want to work with the best professionals in every sector, and the journalists and media outlets that make up the IPMA have proven to be a benchmark in the world of padel. Their experience will undoubtedly help us take Hexagon to the next level. Padel is growing rapidly around the world, and we want the best amplifiers possible. Without a doubt, the IPMA will be key in this mission.”
The recent victory of Krü Padel by Taktika—led by Sergio “Kun” Agüero and Gabriel Pérez Krieb—has become part of the event’s legacy, a tournament that is growing by leaps and bounds.
The president of the IPMA, Iván Hernández Martín, also celebrated the agreement: “For the International Padel Media Association, this is undoubtedly a major milestone. Joining the Hexagon team is a tremendous step forward in our mission to promote padel on a global scale. We will dedicate all our efforts—and those of our members—to helping this competition, which has already shown remarkable growth in its first two editions, expand its reach, attract more fans, and gain greater visibility. This is the first major agreement for the IPMA, but we are confident that many more will follow. Our organization is open to all those who, like Hexagon, are committed to growing this sport and making it better every day.”
