Hexagon Cup Confirms Impressive Global Coverage Ahead of Inaugural Event

20+ Linear and digital broadcasters confirmed to reach 700m households, across 190+ countries.

Madrid // London - January 25, 2024: The Hexagon Cup, which gets underway on 31 January in Madrid, has revealed an impressive line-up of broadcast partners as it prepares for its inaugural event, offering fans unprecedented access to professional padel.

The innovative global distribution plan includes broadcast agreements that will reach 700m households across 190+ countries, providing sports fans with the ability to watch the sport which is taking the world by storm, for the first time in some key territories.


DAZN (Global), Discovery+ (Pan Europe), Eurosport 1 and 2 (Spain, Pan Europe, Indian-Sub Continent, Asia), ESPN+ (USA), Sky Sport (New Zealand), Fox Sports (Australia), Telemundo (Puerto Rico), Caliente TV (Mexico and Latin America), LALIGA+ (Global) have each secured deals for live, highlights and delayed coverage across their linear and digital offerings.

In the UK, viewers can follow the Semi-Finals (Saturday 3 Feb) and the Finals (Sunday 4th Feb) live streamed on ITVX, with a highlights programme shown on ITV4, marking the first time the channel has ever broadcast a professional padel event.

The Saudi Sports Company (SSC) will headline coverage across Middle East and North Africa broadcasting all matches live, alongside live streaming on Shahid. Live and highlights coverage will also be streamed across Starzplay Arabia; SuperSport across sub-Saharan Africa; DirectTV in Latin America (excluding Brazil), Padel Television in Denmark and Sweden.

Chinese fans will be able to access delayed highlights coverage on Tencent, and on PCCW’s NowTV in Hong Kong, and across South East Asia highlights will be aired on SPOTV. My Padel TV and My Padel Time will also run delayed coverage. My Padel Time will also produce a behind the scenes film, which will run for a year on the popular padel channel.

River Media Partners led by Ben Nicholas have been working alongside Hexagon Cup in securing global distribution.

Aurora Media Worldwide will work alongside Hexagon Cup, as Official Broadcast Partner, to create the world feed. The coverage will be complemented by livestreaming across Hexagon Cup’s YouTube channel (ex USA), with near-live clipping service from Grabyo, being distributed across the tournament’s various social media platforms, with VNR distribution by SNTV.

The Hexagon Cup has gained widespread acclaim for its innovative and equality-based team format, top-tier padel players, and celebrity teams including the prestigious names of the Team AD/vantage by legendary tennis player Andy Murray, ElevenEleven Team USA, owned by U.S actress Eva Longoria, Rafa Nadal Academy powered by Richard Mille team, and RL9 by the Barcelona FC footballer Robert Lewandowski.

Born under the motto "For the Fans. For the Players. For the Game", the Hexagon Cup features six teams, each featuring a male, female and Next Gen pair who compete for an impressive prize pool of one million euros.

For its first event, the Hexagon Cup will take over the country’s historic Madrid Arena from January 31 to February 4. During the tournament itself, the six teams are divided into two qualifying groups and compete in a series of exciting head-to-head matchups. Only the top two teams from each group will advance to the finals, where the inaugural Hexagon Cup champions will be crowned.
